This contest is organised and promoted by Melanique Glow Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Open to residents of the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and other international markets where not prohibited.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their country of residence.

• The contest begins on 1 October 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 1 December 2025 (“Contest Period”).
• Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be considered.

To enter the contest, participants must:

1. Create a photo or video showcasing their personal glow (Melanique Glow products encouraged but not required).
2. Share the content on Instagram or TikTok, tagging @MelaniqueGlow and using the hashtag #GlowGirlNYC.
3. Include a short caption describing what glowing in your own skin means to you.

No purchase necessary. Using Melanique Glow products is encouraged but not required to participate or win.

• This is a contest of skill, not chance.
• All valid entries will be reviewed by a panel appointed by Melanique Glow.
• Judging criteria include: Creativity (expression and originality) Authenticity (confidence and storytelling) Visual Impact (image or video presentation)
• The decision of the judging panel is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Grand Prize (1 winner):

• Roundtrip economy-class flights to New York City from the winner’s nearest major international airport.
• 3-night hotel stay in New York City.
• A professional photoshoot in New York directed by a leading Creative Director, shot by a renowned photographer, and styled by a full glam team.
• Inclusion as the next Glow Girl featured in upcoming Melanique Glow campaign materials.

Finalists (up to 10):

• Melanique Glow product bundles.

Additional Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Travel dates subject to availability and must be taken within 12 months of winner announcement.
• Winner is responsible for obtaining any required visas, passports, or travel documents.
• Winner is responsible for travel insurance and incidental expenses not explicitly included.

• The winner will be announced on 7 December 2025 via the official Melanique Glow Instagram page.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message within 7 days of selection.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants:

• Grant Melanique Glow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use their submitted content (photos, videos, captions) for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media.
• Confirm that their submission is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

• Participants enter at their own risk.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, travel restrictions, or events outside of its control.
• The Promoter will provide reasonable assistance with travel arrangements but is not liable for any visas, travel documents, or expenses beyond those stated in the prize.

• For entrants resident in the UK and EU, these Terms shall be governed by English law and disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• For entrants resident in the USA, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
