Refund Policy
We want you to love your Melanique Glow products. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed items, including skincare, body care, haircare, makeup, and supplements.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Start a Return:

Returns must be sent to:

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
To get another item, return your product first (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and unopened.
Refunds:
We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund.
