As the co-founder of a beauty business that sold a wide range of global brands, Ishia saw firsthand what customers loved and what was missing. Too often, melanin-rich skin was left out of the conversation, overlooked by mainstream beauty, or treated with harsh and unsafe formulas.
That gap sparked a mission. Ishia imagined a brand that was safe, effective, and created with love and care. She wanted skincare that celebrated our skin, not compromised it. From that vision, Melanique Glow was born.
